Who is DeSantis really dicking with his fight with disney and why does his tough actions not go into effect for over a year?

The Congressional seat is trying to do with is in Orange Country but unrelated to the Reedy Creek issue. It is actually Val Deming's congressional seat. I hope that this is taken to court, like so many of DeSantis' bills and defeated. Doing it after the legislation passed their version makes it twice as egregious. It's blatant as hell what he is up to.

All that the Rep/cons are doing is blatant. The Dems are timid. This is a football game with very few penalties and lots of fouls. Rep/cons foul and thus get away with more because what they don't get away with doesn't cost them any yards. And before a penalty can be carried out, they run out the clock. Dems sit on the sideline and don't even field a full team.

It should absolutely be taken to court.

That lack of action is giving nothing but "thoughts and prayers" to those killed in a school mass shooting where no action is ever taken. Oh, except trying to have teachers carry guns.
