And in relation to this thread, I think it would have been better to compare Muslim extremists to Christian extremists (in America). I'll get you started with a similarity: both saw hurricane Katrina (or was it Corrina, I can't recall...) as divine punishment.

I have said this before and I will say it yet again to you. I have no doubt or argument in that there are radicals and extremists in every religion. But the important thing is you cant hold that religion accountable for a few that repressent it(except muslims becasue there are actually many that represent extremeism in the muslim religion). Either way..is someone after reading this still confused to his motives? It would seem like his childish antics have back fired. Poor guy needs a hug.

This was not an attack on the Swiss directly like Sept. 11, the train bombing in madrid, or the London attacks. This was an attack in an arab country I have not heard of one attack in the country.

First off taking hostages is different then a terrorist attack. The point of a terrorist attack is to strike fear and the point of a hostage situation is to barter with some power to achive a goal.
