You were born in 1982. You attended Oklahoma Elementary East in your early years. When you were young your parents nicknamed you DJ, a name that stuck and which embarrassed you when classmates sang you the theme song to Full House and asked about your little sister Step-on-me. You were isolated, and distanced yourself from friends and family as a result. Because you became a recluse early on you put studies first, were well educated, and won several award such as the coveted Spelling-Bee medal in 1992.

When you were six your grandmother gave you a book of children's fairy tales, which you never read. You believed that such stories were an unnecessary dabble into the imagination, you preferred to keep yourself rooted in reality. You kept it for sentimental reasons.

Years later, your self imposed isolation continued. In 1995 the chess club welcomed you, you were seen as a formidable opponent. Your first romantic encounter was with Patrick Pickerton in the back of the bus on a trip to Tulsa. He gave you a dandelion he picked on the side of the road and kissed your cheek. Upon returning home after that trip you placed the precious flower in your book of 'children's fairy tales' - having never been read, it was the perfect place to keep it. The book, because of the flower, has still never been read but is near and dear to your heart.

When you turned 16 you fought with your parents over the right to earn your hardship license, claiming your days spent, lonesome, seeking out low-rate gemstones in Sandy Creek would be more beneficial for your social life and mental wellbeing. Your parents relented and let you go after several fights in which the police were called for domestic disturbance. Your mother took to drinking and your father spent all his last years smoking, and trying to get your mother to attend AA and admit that you were lost to them and never coming home.

Your mining life was profitable in the beginning. You found the coveted Daniele Jade Brochantite stone in Garvis county when you were 19 - congratulations. Secretly, your mother was proud that you came out of your shell, defied her, and then later found the infamous stone. If only she knew it was because of your nickname.

Your mother died of alcohol induced liver disease in 2003, your father died of lung cancer two years later. - I'm truly sorry for your loss.

You spent the next years dejected, still clinging to the memory of Patrick Pickerton, and forever scouring the creeks for semi-precious gemstones. Always coming up short, the famous DJ Brochantite seemed to be the only one out there for you. It was critical that you net as much profit as possible but in the end it boiled down to giving you just enough money to keep yourself going. While on one treacherous trip there to slues in 2007 you pushed yourself too far, fell, and broke your leg.

Without health insurance or the ability to go hunting, again, you had to fall back on the support of your grandmother. You moved back to Oklahoma city. Your grandmother, having been wife to the CEO of Oak-hona Enterprises, at least was able to give you comfortable living in her basement.

Years later, amid your many late-night romance-driven porn tours of the internet, you found debate politics and saw yourself among equals.

You still love seeking out fortune and glory, vicariously through others on television.

Spiker just won the internet. :)

I think you win just because you remember that episode where Stephanie was upset because everybody called her "Step On me." I thought I was the only one unfortunate enough to know that.

Signed,
The Mom of 3 girls who love that damn show

Stephanie was my favorite. She was so darn sarcastic and snippy. :)

I don't understand the question, but from your adopted username, I surmise that you clean hotel rooms for a living, smoke crack, have an abortion once a month and suffer from an unsightly skin condition.

I know. It's a gift.
