Who ever suggested we should not believe the "lying woman?" Here are a few:

Brett Kavanaugh suggested that about Christine Ford.
Clarence Thomas about Anita Hill.
Bill and Hillary Clinton ('Hillbillary' for short) recommended that about Gennifer Flowers.
Bill Cosby about Andrea Constand.
Mel Reynolds about a 16 year old girl.
The Duke lacrosse team about Crystal Mangum.
Hillbillary about Connie Hamzy.
John Conyers about Marion Brown.
Harvey Weinstein about dozens of women.
The Sacred Heart Football team about Nikki Yovino.
Michael Avenatti about his wife.
Chuck Grassley about Julie Swetnick.
Hillbillary about Paula Jones.
Bill Clinton about Monica Lewinsky.
Steven Pagones about Tawana Brawley.
Hillbillary about Paula Jones.
Robert C. Scott about M. Reese Everson.
Hillbillary about Kathleen Willey.
Hillbillary about Leslie Millwee.
Hillbillary about Juanita Broaddrick.

And we are just getting started.

Pointless thread. :inandout:

Dont believe the woman or the man....believe the evidence.

If there is no evidence then there is no case.

Bill Cosby is this guy's spokesperson against #metoo?

Interesting. You say "who", and then you answer the "Who" with the same people over and over.

Are they gestalt entities or is there another reason for this super-cleverly hidden focus?

Also,

Anyway, the whole glass houses thing amuses me. Call all accusers of conservative hoaxers, then try to double back to shame Teh Libruls for allegedly doing the same with "their" side....

...it's like that "you have to tolerate intolerance" idiocy. You don't get to simultaneously have a crappy attitude towards a subject AND lambast your perceived other side for allegedly doing the same.

If you announced Ford was a hoaxer from the start - hell, if you kept arguing - you have nothing to say about an alleged liberal no matter what they supposedly did with regard to Slick Willy. I could also mention the craven response to accusers of Trump, Moore, etc.

Um, um , 45 about all the women and wives who have been paid off for their silence or had their stories and the "catch and kill" arrangement with the National Enquirer? Not to mention the countless NDA's with threats of law suits by the Trump Corp. by employees or demands of a loyalty oath.

Dont believe the woman or the man....believe the evidence.

Testimony is evidence and in a good number of cases the question is whether to believe the woman or the man.....or find that the state simply failed to meet its burden (which requires not believing the woman in a necessary respect).

When we get to He Says/She Says and we are just going to decide who we want to believe....that is how we are going to decide this....as we do.....then we are not doing justice any longer.

Better People would be honest about that.

I am a UNC-Chapel Hill Tar Heel grad.

Crystal Mangum was a lying whore, and the Duke lacrosse players were totally innocent.

Crystal is currently doing time for murder. This was not her first experience with the law.

For a look into Duke's finest educators and their judgments anyone can simply research the "Duke 88" who are famous for their stupid jump to erroneous conclusions about Crystal Mangum and the Duke lacrosse team. The Duke 88 were responsible more than any others for the $100 million in damages Duke had to pay out for that erroneous jump to conclusion.

Nobody accused Moore of rape or molestation as far as I know. Christine Ford lied several times under oath. Someone should have spent more time with her to get her stories straight before hiring her to try to bring down Kavanaugh with false allegations.

Mouthenatti.

Keith Ellison.

Harvey Weinstein.

Hillary Clinton.

Every Bill Clinton supporter.

Tawana Brawley was LYING, and should have been PROSECUTED for it.

Crystal Magnum was LYING, and should have been PROSECUTED for it.

The LAPD said Mouthennatti's accuser "...HAS VISIBLE INJURIES...".

Naturally anyone who is accused and is innocent is going to suggest as much, such as in the Duke case. That is not to say that all listed we're innocent, but you did include cases where it was proven the woman lied.

Additionally, the hypocrisy shows in many such who want to always believe the female victim, but then turn around and never believe the male victim, especially if the attacker is female.

Unless there is evidence to immediately show that one or the other is lying, both accuser and accused should be believed, and an investigation started. We can believe the victim all we want, but until there is concrete evidence we can do nothing. There is a difference between believing someone and proving it happened to them and even proving the one accused did it.

No where in the OP or other posts is this about Trump, yet you can't seem to help yourself. This obsession cannot be good for you, please seek help.

Democrats held the Christine Ford allegation for weeks, releasing it at the last minute in an effort to derail the Kavanaugh nomination by demanding that everyone believe her unsubstantiated allegations simply because she is a woman, as if women don't lie.

In other words, do not talk about the gutter sins of favored politicians and business and entertainment leaders?

In other words this crowd does not have the mental alacrity or the intellectual diversity to debate this topic. The posts are already gutter trash on the way to cesspool swill.

Dont believe the woman or the man....believe the evidence.

If there is no evidence then there is no case.

Quoted for emphasis, as recollection can be tricky, although one must state that powerful people can manipulate evidence. So there is that. However, innocent until proven guilty, instead of found guilty in the court of public partisan opinion.
