"Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden's leadership," the official account tweeted Tuesday.

A new feature of the platform, called "Community Notes," added some context to the tweet after it was posted. Readers can now upload links for the platform's approval to fact-check tweets and provide accurate information. It clarified that the large increase is "due to the annual cost of living adjustment, which is based on the inflation rate."

The point was that the Biden administration said that it's leadership was why seniors were getting higher social security checks. That's where they were full of shit.

I'll spell it out for you in kindergarten terms.

Inflation is at record high levels.
Biden denies any responsibility for inflation.
Social Security check increase is solely because of inflation
Biden says his leadership is why the social security checks increased

Get it? He doesn't want the blame for inflation, but he wants the credit for higher social security checks, which he would only be responsible for if he was responsible for the inflation, since it's cost of living increase.

Typical Democrat double-talk and hypocrisy.
