Whitaker hearing confirms Democrats have already won

Right, and even after two investigations in Congress that haven't found a thing. Schiff is a clown and he has nothing. Remember when he claimed to have definitive evidence of collusion? One wonders why he never told Mueller. He could use some help.:lamo

It's not just Mueller. It's New York State and any other state or federal law that will be investigated once Mueller reports (and the can of worms is opened) and all the Trump criminals flip on him.

Destroying evidence subpoenaed by Congress is a felony. It's called obstruction of justice. However, Comey assumed she'd be the next POTUS so the fix was in. Everyone knows this. You do, too.

The comparison worth making is Barr v Whitaker. While Barr may well present some issues as it relates to the SDNY and Mueller probes he at the very least presented himself competently in his Senate hearings. Whitaker either stonewalled because he simply lacks sufficient intellectual bandwidth which prevented him from doing anything other than stonewall or he simply intoned Turmpian nonsense exposing himself as nothing more than a political hack.

He may well have tripped over his dingdong answering that he has seen written Justice Department materials referencing Pardons.

No , Whitaker was NOT THERE for a CONFIRMANTION HEARING, as the Phony-o-crats seem to have deluded.

He was there to give an ACCONTING of what the DOJ is UP...which is the REAL PURPOSE of the OVERSIGHT HEARINGS, not to PROP UP MUELLER< and ATTACK TRUMP.

He correctly repelled their REPEATED ATTEMPTS too get him to comment on the Witch Hunt, when just a few months ago, THESE SAME DEMOCRATS were trying BLOCK any GOP attempts to get anyone to do the same.

Of course. I wonder what the left would have said if something about Whitewater was used as a pretext to impeach Clinton. Whitewater didn't have squat to do with Clinton's presidency. Neither does Trump's NY business affairs have anything to do with his.

Whitaker did not represent himself competently...Barr did. Then again since competence is not a strong point of anything Trump I seriously doubt a Trump supporter can recognize it if it smacked him in the face strapped to the front end of a Mack Truck.

Kavanaugh did nothing. There is NO evidence against him whatever. Ford is a head case and we all saw why she's in therapy. She barely seemed to know where she was. Quite disgraceful that the Dems would pull her out of the woodwork in their feverish effort to keep Kavanaugh off the SC. Now, if you want cases with more believable evidence, see Fairfax, Ellison and Booker for starters.
