If there is evidence of wrongdoing, then absolutely it should be investigated. I am not going to be like conservatives,. republicans and Trump supporters who only think investigations should happen to the other party.
You may want to broaden that a bit, because I remember a then 2016 presidential candidate say that not paying income taxes made him "smart". As for this whistleblower complaint, it's a matter of it being a valid complaint versus someone making a claim just to make a fuss. If this has legs and is actual illegal tax avoidance, then Biden should be held accountable. However, as most people know, there are plenty of legal loopholes for people to use in reducing their tax liability.
