Which Middle East powder keg should Obama set fire to?

To be fair staying out is a win-win, there is almost nothing we can do
in the middle east that will not make us look bad, or they will hate us for.
 
Given the extremely valuable natural resources that they have, several Middle Eastern nations should have top economies by now...but they don't. The reason is because they're stuck in a 16th century mentality, they're bringing up the rear of global progressive development and they have self-defeating policies of blaming all of their woes on western nations and Israel.

This is why so many Middle Eastern nations are so screwed up and why it's often a disaster whenever we get involved in their internal affairs.
