Has she gone awol?

It's been posted somewhere that a reporter tried to ask her about this to which she declined, saying.........
....................."they're not gonna pin this shit on me!"

I dunno if that's true, but looks like to say she's distancing herself from this, is an understatement.
Has she copycat the Afghan President? She left the building?

Why in the world do so many people want to create a crisis that doesn't exist? Neither you nor I have the first clue what the VP is doing. Her job, I would imagine.

The withdrawal of US troops from a combat zone is not the job of the VP. Of course, even someone like you probably knows this and you thought this insipid thread was a clever idea as some sort of ham fisted hit piece.

While President Biden and key members of his national security team have borne the brunt of criticism and outrage over the swift fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban — and the scenes of chaos and carnage as Americans and Afghans attempt to get out of the country — Vice President Kamala Harris has kept a conspicuously low profile.

It’s a far cry from April 25, when Harris appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” and proudly affirmed to host Dana Bash that she had been, as Bash put it, “the last person in the room” with Biden when he decided to end US involvement in Afghanistan.

“And you feel comfortable [with Biden’s decision]?” Bash followed up.

“I do, and I’m going to add to that,” Harris said. “This is a president who has an extraordinary amount of courage. Remember when Vice Presidents were figureheads with little real power and really little responsibility? Now it seems the Vice has to solve all the world's problems or some children online won't be satisfied. For the record I don't give a shit where she is. I'd be fine with her just being an ambassador for good will towards America.
