Stretching the range a little - I have a 1978 Camaro Z-28 in the gee-rage. Need to hire someone to rebuild it.

had a '67 Chevelle in high school

had a '78 Trans Am when I was in the military

would love to have a '59 Vette

Shelby Cobra. That is before Ford bought out Shelby and turned the cars into glorified Mustangs.

I am a Firebird - T/A fan.

I have a 79/403 that the wife gave me for our 10th anniversary. I've built up the drivetrain; next I'm going to restore the body. It's in great shape as far as rust goes, it just needs paint.

I'll post a pic when I get home.

The body changed in 82.
The computers came in 1980/1981.

Cuda?

I know, I know I left a ton out...

My parents have a '70 Roadrunner that's in excellent condition (won many awards and trophies at shows).

But my car would be a 74 Chevelle SS.

I'd like to have a 70 340 AAR cuda.

The pony cars, Mustang, Camaro, Firebird, AMC something(Marlin?) and something from Chrysler(Barracuda) are all competitors. No question as to the winner.

The Corvette is in a class by itself; and I think GM has shown good judgment not to mess with it..

I care for none of these however, they are trucks compared to a Saab Monte Carlo, from the 60s.
