Barack Obama's not wearing a jacket, and his sleeves are rolled up, showing an inappropriate amount of rather buff forearm?
Er, no, wait... I've got it!
That white dude in the background is assaulting an old black cripple right on the White House steps, and Barack isn't doing anything to stop it! He's just looking the other way, acting like nothing's happening. Maybe he's even standing guard, looking out for police. That racist! :?

It's a rather mundane picture of Barack Obama descending what appears to be the White House steps; in the background, two guys in suits (one with a cane) are also descending.

I suppose the old guy with the cane is some sort of old black-power extremist from the 60s or something? Somebody we're all supposed to recognize?
Otherwise, I don't know what the point of this exercise is, unless it's that the White house has no handicapped access ramps, and so a guy is having to assist another, mobility-impaired guy down the steps while Barack ignores them both and walks on ahead.
