Are they afraid Trump could actually become president so they are trying to stop him? I mean if they don't believe he could actually become president then what's the point of protesting at all?

Do some people just have protesting something in their blood and Trump helps them fill their need to protest something?

They are just ignorant pawns who are exploited by the democrat machine while being fed a constant diet of false premises, half truths, and a sense of victimhood. The democrat community organizers are the masters at this game.

They generally get cast aside after the elections, and forgotten about.

A group called Lions Guard, will be at the Trump rally in Phoenix. It was only a matter of time before violent leftists created this kind of atmosphere.

They want their voices to be heard. They are exercising their first amendment rights to gather and petition their grievances against someone using them as a scapegoat for his political gain. Apparently, the protesters see something in Trump that the world had hoped to never, ever see again.

And yes, I think Americans do have protest in their blood. At least, I don't recall a time in US history when there wasn't some kind of protest, uprising or rebellion.

Never heard of them.

Retired vets and law enforcement. I hope it doesn't get ugly but given the left's tendencies toward violence, I wouldn't count on it.

Don't worry about the left...it's Trump's thugs you gotta worry about. They like to sucker punch people. Which I always thought was kind of a cowardly thing to do.

I'm not worried about the left. I have a CCW. LMAO

Attacking and bloodying innocent people is not protesting, it is violence and hatred. They denied the 1st amendment rights of innocent people in doing so. Just like the that old Trump supporter who punched that anti-Trump idiot at the trump rally.

"Yuge" difference.

Violence comes easy for leftists.

That is a "yuge" difference... especially considering that around 85% of the violence at Trump rallies was instigated by Trump supporters not the protestors. Now I'm not saying the protestors are innocent...but what I am saying is that they aren't nearly as violent as Trump supporters are...or as cowardly.

Scroll down and count how many violent incidents were started by Trump supporters and compare that to the number started by protestors...and I'll think you find that Trump supporters are a lot more violent than the protestors. The list is ongoing and updated often....

I don't think the left are worried either because they know that most gun accidents happen in the home. "You'll shoot your eye out." :2razz:

Another slant from the Slate.............oh gorgeous!

Typical of you Moot.

Geeee...... let me go to WND, The Blaze, or Breitbart and pull off another 50 slanted pieces of garbage journalism.

Where did I say in my post that it is a one sided issue?

Major reason why leftists shouldn't have guns. Look what the registered leftist Islamic terrorist did to the bar in Florida. Classic violence by a :screwy leftist.

You don't have to say it because we see how you are. Why you're practically predictable. It makes me wonder why I even bother.

CORRECTION. Almost ALL of the incidents listed were instigated by the protestors.

In every one of the oldest incidents it was individuals or groups of protestors who entered into rally venues in order to disrupt the proceedings hoping for one of two inevitable outcomes. Either to be left alone to transfer the media focus from Trump's speeches to their own messages, or get a reaction they could use as propaganda against him.

These were usually people who brought things to throw, signs to wave and block views, chants to prevent people from hearing, accompanied by name-calling and other acts with the intent to piss people off and create a story. Then pretend they were merely innocents exercising their First Amendment rights...forgetting it was a rented venue and they had no more right to disrupt it than a group of thugs have at a music concert.

I noticed that website had a strange slant to the incidents. For example, labeling one as Trump supporter pepper sprays protester...when the video evidence clearly shows this "protestor" had punched the Trump supporter first after falsely (I watched all versions of the video) alleging the Trump supporter had touched her breast.

Your evidence when properly viewed shows all but one or two incidents were incited by Trump protestors, literally the only one with real merit being the sucker punch of a man being escorted out of one Trump rally. The others are overly dramatic acting on the part of "victims" who actually started the violence, typically by resisting security efforts to remove them from the venue.

Based on those early "proofs" of Trump evils, all the following outside-venue protests ramped up...again by Trump opponents.

Are you really trying to pass off your assumptions as a fact base for your pointless and accusatory comments?

I think the main issue is that Trump has extremely high disapproval numbers in the polls. It's likely he'll lose to Hillary, who is the weakest candidate that the Democrats have ever nominated. This would be a disaster for the country.

There was some hope that Trump would get it together and improve his polling numbers, but this isn't materializing. Every day there is some new blunder. Ask the President of Afghan.

Plus, it's just embarrassing to have such a crass, rude, base, ignorant swine as the nominee. And one has to consider what would happen if he actually became President and started trying to implement his policies. A trade war, for example, would kill us.

It's mostly illegals that think they can bully others . And others are paid protestors by liberal democrats that cant function without the ability to CONTROL .

:doh

Right...

By terrorizing, attacking, and attempting to keep others from exercising their constitutional rights?

Frankly, I encourage these protestors to continue their attacks so the steady stream of pictures can confirm the repression they are attempting. These pictures display to the World what those commanding these groups envision for the future. I think it's important for voters to understand what is expected under a liberal/socialist progressive regime, and what would happen if they dare step out from under the umbrella of approved thought.

So what do the protesters hope to accomplish? By protesting are they going to turn Trump or his supporters into being non-racist? In other words, isn't your answer to my question that they simply want to protest something, with no actual goal in mind? If you are an anti-war protester you want to influence the government to not have wars. If you are protesting Wall Street and the one percenters you want to further income equality and weatlh redistribution. What is the goal the Trump protesters want to accomplish? They're not going to change anybody's minds into being non-racists. Nobody's.
