Xi is responsible for the 200,000 deaths, along with Andrew Cuomo.

Biden gets enraged when anyone blames Xi. And now we know that his son might be one reason why. Along with a likely shared ideology.

All Xi had to do was effectively quarantine Wuhan immediately. Note the words effectively and immediately. His failure to do so cost an inordinate number of lives.

Biden is a conservative liberal.

He isn't even socialist or progressive, let alone communist.
If he were, he'd have been even further from the democratic nomination than Sanders.
Nobody in politics/power is a communist these days.

By the way, the only correct answer is "Seize the means of production", none of this silly stuff.
By which he would mean, nationalize every means of production.
