What will it take for 20 Repub Electors to vote for Clinton? Only 20 are needed.

Again with the fine liberal rhetoric eh? Your vote doesn't count because you guys are child molesters, rapists and racists. So the electors should just go against the will of their state and vote for Clinton, because you deplorables are not people.

ANSWER: 20 out of 232 electors being insane.

I doubt any Repub voters other than ones from the South would rise up to do anything. Even if they do, they pretend they support the Constitution, so if the constitutionally approved electors voting for Clinton is not what they like, then they are hypocrites.

They wouldn't need to rise up to do anything. Those rural counties that Liberals look down on simply need not provide the food and resources those cities need and sit back.

Also, if they did rise up Pro2A, LEO, and military personnel typically lean conservative. Most liberals only experience with guns are playing call of duty.

If you really insist on instigating a civil war you might want to think about that.

This kind of thinking is what is driving more and more of this country to the right. Are there racist and sexist people that voted Trump? Yes. Do all those that support Trump share those feelings? Of course not.

Painting half the voting public and the majority of the States in this country as racist, sexist, and ignorant is rather bigoted.

I would say more than a few simply voted Trump rather than cast a vote for whom they felt was the most dishonest and corrupt politician in this countries history.

Most that voted Trump was due to a masterful campaign that was able to pin the problems of the middle class on Hillary with her support of NAFTA. I believe had Sanders won against Hillary it would have took some steam out of the Trump campaign and Sanders would likely be President-elect because without that push the rust belt likely doesn't go red. Michael Moore pretty much saw it coming and warned the Democrat party of this which I found hilarious because his comments actually helped Trump.

Actually it would be illegal. Many of the States Trump won have laws against it. Also, trying to sway their vote is also illegal and a felony I believe.

Nope. Not illegal and definitely constitutional and legal. In some states there's only a small monetary fine involved, if the electors voted against their expected vote.

If someone received a fine then that would imply that they indeed did something illegal. You pretty much contradicted yourself.

I would guess that members of the KKK assume the earth isn't flat (considering the intelligence of KKK members I could be wrong on this) by that same logic does that mean you also share common cause with the KKK?
