These graphs show that covid cases have been increasing, but deaths have not. So why is there hysteria again? Case counts don't mean much, since cases are often mild or symptomless. The only counts that matter are serious cases and deaths. And you don't see that on these graphs.

Deaths aren't the only thing to consider. Having our health care workers and hospitals once again overwhelmed by covid patients is something we should try to avoid.

It takes several hospital staff to take care of a Covid patient. This takes recourses away from folks with other issues at the hospital. The rise in hospitalizations from Covid absolutely should be avoided. Unfortunately the YouTube geniuses only take deaths into consideration.

Its ok. They will be culled by delta. For many of them the last thing they will ever see is an intubation team leaning over them from the head of the bed. Then silence forever.

Wouldn't call the concern over how contagious the Delta variant is hysteria. The MAGA whines about vaccines seems far more apt to be labeled hysteria... ✌️

Yes, because the evil power hungry Dr. Fauci and the CDC want to force us into masks again for their own sick gratification. It's all a game to them. It couldn't possibly be because all the break through COVID cases means that the risk to vaccinated people has increased. No, conditions and risks never change.

Because hysteria is the tool the left uses to herd their constituents into compliance. There is bottom line political benefit for them.

Since congress has allocated BILLIONS of dollars in taxpayer funds to aid hospitals in this global pandemic, that means that when someone dies, and covid is present in the blood test, the hospital reports that, and monies are paid to the hospital under covid relief payouts. Which then means, if a 22 year old guy is in a motorcycle accident and dies from his injuries, but covid is found in his system, the death is reported as A COVID DEATH.

Now I don't know how others see this, but if covid is NOT the proximate cause of death, then we should not be listing it as the cause of death, otherwise the statistics are worthless.
