Recently I have been listening to "Clubbed to Death" by Rob Dougan. It makes me feel like it is all one big conspiracy.

"Clubbed to Death"... I like that one, it brings to mind all kinds of Matrix archetypes.

Every so often my posts will end with "np: ..." , followed by the name of whatever song I'm listening to at the time. My tastes are varied and strange. Not listening to anything right now though.

I'm always streaming RadioParadise.com - "electic rock" - often light jazz and EMO. Very broad mix and mostly mellow.

Mostly indie, neo-psychedelic, powerpop, jangle, shoegazing and dreampop for me.

Cool site. It's totally clueless about any music I type into it, but maybe I can teach it :p It took 5 or 6 tries just to get an artist or song it actually recognized, then the song it played that was supposed to be "similar" was not even close. I guess that's understandable, it's just a baby and still learning. Unlike this one, which is old and quite smart:

This pandora thingy is pretty cool, though.

Awesome! I typed in some Pink Floyd and got some really weird sh** kicked at me.

Typically I just listen to music on my bands setlist for the sake of familiarization. I can kill two birds with one stone that way. Blog and rehearse.

I listen to metal and classical. Lately into the bands Opeth, Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, In flames, and Lacuna Coil.
But theres alway room for Mozart, Beethoven, and the other Classical greats. Lee Blaske is a pretty good composer with unique sounding 20th century compositions. Basically its gothic classical, brings to mind vampires and all that stuff.

I like ALL music. If not listening to Mozart or Prokofiev, it might be David Allen Coe, or it could be Joe Satriani, or it could be Nickelback, or it could be Marley, or it could be ........ just about any form of music*.

* - Music does not include musak, disco, or most rap**, which I do not regard as music.

** - I regard rap as poetry***.

*** - I do not regard Yoko Ono**** to be a poet.

**** - The "Beatles"***** does not include Yoko Ono.

***** - The Beatles made some good music*.

The "music and arts" circle of disclaimers has now been completed. Keep following the disclaimers, and you will be trapped in this thread forever. BWAHAHAHAHAHA.
