What kind of vodo does Bush have on Cons?

I have never seen so many cons that will fight-argue to the end defending Bushs actions even when they know he is dead wrong.
What magical power does Bush have on these Cons?
I remember Cons being civilized with their thinking. However they seem to have faded away since GB was court appointed to the presidency.

I don't get it either. Sometimes, though, when someone within our party is attacked, we can't help but get defensive. (It applies to family as well. It's okay for me to call my sister a b!tch, but when my husband does, I want to defend her (even though I know she was a b!tch under the circumstance)). So it may be a little bit of that. The Republicans were tired of having to defend the presidency and Congress since they have shown what a horrible job they have done running the country. Since this new Congress is still new, they still feel defensive about poor wittle Georgie Porgie because they know he is a loser on cruise control.

I like Bush. I don't like everything he does or agree with all his administrations policies but I genuinely like the man. Unlike many politicians I feel he is pretty straight forward. He says what he thinks and doesn't opt to sugar coat, dance around, or straddle some neutral ground. He seems to not mind saying what he thinks regardless of whether or not it's going to offend or anger others. He's not a people pleaser and speaks his mind. I don't always like what I hear him saying but I like the fact that I can believe he believes what he is saying. This is opposed to say someone like Hilary who will say anything she thinks one particular crowd might like to hear and then turn around and say something completely different on a different day to a different crowd.

Bush might have beliefs that I disagree with but I feel he believes his beliefs and he's earnest. I know where he stands. Whereas Hilary Clinton....well I just know she wants to be President and everything she says is an attempt to support that goal.

Anyway that's the vodoo he has over me. :mrgreen:

I'll bet many cons are not too happy with George but like george they will never admit when they are wrong.
BTW: I am very sincere and I really believe what I posted about some Cons.

You have earned my respect with your post to me and I hope you understand where I am comming from with this post that I really believe in.
About Hillary, I understand what you are saying however when it comes to trying to win I find that most all politicans will lie (well lets just say that they do not tell the truth) that sounds better.

You think his name is confusing, some guy registered awhile back with the user name "billoriley". He only made a few posts, but that could have gotten real confusing. Especially, after I figured out ways to exploit it.
