This is not about the election and I've been posting pieces of this.

1. More socialist and communist actions than any other country in the world.
The government seized control of all rental property, seizing those houses and other residences for free housing. Seizing private property is what socialist and communist countries do, but what the USA IS doing is worse. While losing use of their own land and house, the government still required the owner to labor for free for the government free housing welfare by requiring the owner to pay the mortgage, make all repairs like it or not, and pay the property taxes. No socialist or communist country both seizes private land and then requires the prior owners to keep paying on and maintaining the property.

2. Totalitarianism
Without any legislative or city council action, 25,000 local, county and state executive officers can claim total power over anyone and everyone's life:
a) the can order any business illegal and on behalf of competing businesses
b.) take total control of people's movement and activities
c.) summarily order anyone and everyone unemployed
d.) take total control of a person's health decisions
e.) order anyone and everyone under indefinite house arrest

3. War
The United States is so casual and flippant about warfare against and indefinite military occupation of foreign countries that it wasn't even a topic in the elections.

4. Criminal Justice and Rights
a.) the right to bond is non-existence for 90%+ of people arrested for major crimes
b.) the government can seize an defendant's attorney's notes and files
c.) people with no criminal record are punished prior to trial by torturous solitary confinement
d.) defendants are ordered they may not communicate with any potential witnesses to prevent preparing a defense
e.) in real terms the right to a speedy trial does not exist

Equality
a.) enforcement of criminal laws is largely based upon partisanship and political considerations in most major cities
b.) the government evaluates people based upon their race

Free press
a.) There is no free press in the USA. All television stations, newspapers and Internet news sources are owned by a few of the richest corporations on earth, used solely for propaganda
b.) Censorship of political adversaries or anything contrary to the profits and goals of the richest people and corporations on earth is banned and censored.

Economy
a.) The country's infrastructure is likely the worst - by far - in the industrial world, but despite this the country is spending trillions of more dollars it doesn't have at a rate unknown in world history
b.) Virtually all American industry is gone to the point the USA is dependent upon China even for military materials and our voting computers - the USA unable to even make paper masks for months
c.) No business and no person knows if the government will destroy their job or business tomorrow or not - which any of over 25,000 executive officers can do
d.) the richest people and corporations on earth pay no taxes
e.) increasingly, the bulk of USA wealth - and growing fast - is in the hands of the largest monopolies in world history
f.) the tax code is written so the wealthiest people and corporations pay no taxes - in fact the government/working people pay them

So the USA is still the greatest nation on earth now because ___________________________________?

A sweet old black lady will bake me my favorite sweet potato pie if I ask (and buy the ingredients for her). I often cut her grass and shovel her walk. We all get along. 5. Give you some points on the second part, I believe that happens, but more on the local level. The first part is just...well...wrong. Remember, I live in a city.

6. There is some truth to what you say...but you are making a point against capitalism, not free speech. You are at odds with your views on socialism/communism. Free speech is in regards to what the government can do and can't do according to the First Amendment. If one wishes to make a platform that espouses their views, they can do so: like Parler. If they happen to be able to compete with other, larger companies, well...that in of itself is a type of free speech that encourages capitalism.

7. There are some points here...but then they get clouded up in your China rant. Also, this is a direct result of capitalism; are suggesting socialism/communism? If you let the government dictate business to a large degree...is that not what you fear the most?

Look...at this point, I think you just need to be miserable and rant and this kind of posting helps you achieve that. You always have problems, and almost never any real solutions. It's as if you WANT to be angry all the time and are just finding excuses to do so.

My closest neighbor is just over two acres away. So I can say with confidence that there have been no riots or shootings on my block. I have not seen another human or any other critter in more than a week. Since we just hit +60°F when it was -3°F just three weeks before, there is not going to be a great deal of movement by anyone or anything for the next few days. At least not until all this snow melt begins run-off and dry up. Everything has turned into a swamp of mud, and nobody is going anywhere very quickly this week.
