So again I ask: What is the motive by all of these government bodies to purposely be so punitive to men with regard legal issues related to reproduction? What is the need for such a conspiracy - and how could it be so cleverly carried out for decades?
There is no motive... it is just sexism. The Family Courts are the same way. People like you think that it is fine.
It's not fine and it's changing to be more favorable, more equal, for men.
Change doesnt happen overnight but the need has been acknowleged and acted on.
Men shouldnt act like such victims about this. Women have been victims of sexism....forever. For example, think about how hard it was to enter the workplace on equal footing? It still isnt equal. I guess it's just a shock for men, who have had all the power and control...forever.
I agree! It's not fine and it's changing to be more favorable, more equal, for men.

What is the motive
- for all of the Federal and State Legislatures who have ever existed
- and for all of the Supreme Court Justices who have ever existed
- to damn men with biased laws against them - regarding several reproductive issues?
No significant Supreme Court decision regarding reproductive rights have been made, which involved women Justices on the panel of the Court other than ONE. The only other case outside of Roe v Wade - related to abortion - with a female Justice on the panel was in 1992 in the Planned Parenthood v Casey with Sandra Day O'Connor being the only female Justice sitting on the bench.
There's no record of any significant Congressional laws passed in eons that are even related to abortion (although there's been many attempts that can get past the S.C).
State's do have the right to regulation abortion within the boundaries of the Constitution and that of course involves decisions as to the Constitutionality of the Texas case known as Roe v Wade, followed by the next most important related case I named above.
States also have an obligation to abide by and protect both the US Constitution and their respective Constitutions.
Each State devises their own laws with regard to parent child relationships, which also include laws regarding child support.
If one did some serious research, I would bet that over the last 50 years - most every type of State and Federal law related to abortion, child/parent relationship cases (which involve child support) - the vast majority of the legislature member and Judicial members who have either enacted or adjudicated cases related to these issues - HAVE BEEN MEN.

They're not focusing on punishing men but advocating for the offspring of said men. What the hell is society supposed to do when a male abandons his offspring. Make the deadbeat pay for their child, that's what.

Actually the vast majority of men didn't have any power or influence through all of history. Those men in power have pretty much always pushed their will on other men just like did with women. The child support issue is really a result of both sexism against women and views on children and men coming from those men in power.

This is absolutely wild. Let's take a stroll back to the OP. So now you and Bod are claiming sexism is the MOTIVE perpetrated by men on men. Is this what you're saying?
That's not what I claimed. Historically only a small group of men made the rules for all of society. The claim that somehow only women had problems in the past created by these small groups of men in charge is false.
