They create government to be their servant, and understand that government by it's nature is inherently evil.

They believe government is benevolent and has the best interests of the people as its primary concern. No- that’s the rhetoric. When it actually comes down to it, Donald Trump was raised to the power of a Cesar or a cult prophet. and I saw no backlash or outrage from these so-called small government conservatives. That is not what conservatism is about these days.

Sure, if you mean enormously expensive boondoggles that can only survive on more and more spending. SS and Medicare have massive unfunded liabilities.
