I feel there are problems not yet addressed or not fully addressed
 
Maybe the best solution to today's problems would be a Federal law requiring parents to provide full care, housing, food, clothing, medical, etc., for their offspring until which time they have proven themselves capable of fully providing for their own care.

You left out a really important attribute this president lacks:

"Be Competent"!
