What issue could Trump turn on or act could he do that would make his supporters reject him? Immigration and abortion are the only issues I can think of. In terms of actions, perhaps if he committed a violent crime on live TV?

So loyal, he could do something absolutely horrific or damning to anyone else, yet, they would still be loyal to him. I gather that the OP is questioning what it would take for his followers to abandon their extreme loyalty. I wonder about that myself.

The OP states a fact, like that Trump said that explicitly about shooting someone, Obo denies it, a video of him saying those exact words is provided, then Obo denies it again. He even claimed Trump never asked Russia to find dirt on Hillary, despite all of us seeing it on live TV.

My statement, comes from the fact that the whole time Trump was speaking about how the media was continually losing the trust of the American people. Hence, they could come out and say any story they liked, even if it was something that he actually did and no one would trust them on it.

Unlike Rabid up there on his little ivory post. We care about context here and I apologize for just coming off on my first post like that. It's just that this story was the same kind that posters like Rabid and his other buddies, kept trying to shove down people's throats. While they kept trying to stoke moral outrage over something that actually wasn't being said. So you're definitely see a lot of this same kind of shtick from them over time. Just do like the rest of us and let it all wash off your back, but make sure to report it when they actually cross the line. They may seem harmless now, but all that racism and bigotry can bubble up in the worst place.
