what christiality is supossed to look like.

Hmmmm. Don't think this would work in the oval office. I don't know that people would be thrilled by having a catholic priest ( or former priest ) as president. I mean its one thing to have consentual oral sex with another adult in the oval office, but its something else when its little boys

I mean I could just see Michael Jackson getting invited to stay in the Lincoln bedroom, as long as he brought along his friends.......

and yet we're accused of stereotyping

Now your here, Can i ask you if you think the vaticans stance towards this man, and liberation theology as a whole, is unjust?

I don't think it matters much about what the pope says, if people choose to listen to him, thats their choice. I don't care much about what the pope says.

read this / these article(s) (for catholics and jews)

Catholic Tradition
The Bible verses Catholic Tradition

lemme add some quotes

Mark 7:9 said:
He said to them, “All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.
(quote continues onward)

Mark 7:13 said:
making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do.”

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 (New King James Version) said:
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

:rofl, all of those confessing boxes @ a catholic church don't mean a thing

1 John 1:7-10 (New King James Version) said:
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

"He" is referred to Jesus, not anyone else. So confessing to anyone else just doesn't mean much.
