Those are thread ratings. You can use the rate a thread link to rate a thread. Since any one can rate any thread, they are mostly meaningless.

WHAT!! :shock: Is that all it takes? No wonder some of the lamest threads have 5 star ratings....the OP can rate them himself!! LOL
