I gave it about 50/50. This is taking 'contested' literally, not just one side or the other whining, "We Wuz Robbed!" Neither side will be happy with the other winning but that doesn't mean it's 'contested'
So by actually contested, I mean close enough for the loser to mount a legal challenge that has to go through congress or the courts. Odds are about even that it will be that close.
