Here's an article about how Apple is starting to offer an expanded program for recycling your old computers. I guess they already offer this program for i-pods. Well, i would hope the **** so...i'm on my second i-pod in two months. Why don't they just make better products rather than offer to recycle the ones I buy for thousands of dollars that break..for free.

Damn you apple. *leaves to go buy new i-pod*

That's why you......

DON'T BUY ANY MORE IPODS!!!!

If they make a crappy product, and you KNOW it's a crappy product, why would you continue to buy new ones? There are MANY other MP3 players out there of much better quality, and best of all, you don't have to worry about compatibility!!

:doh

Uh...you do realize that apple offers a 6 month warranty on its ipods? If it breaks, walk into an apple store and without question, they hand you a brand new one. Knowing that ipods are made so shittily, its well worth the investment to get the 2 year applecare (if youve decided you have to have an ipod).

Extra 60 bucks, and you get a brand new ipod every 6 months or so when it breaks

Why buy I-pods, anyway?

Mp3's suck the life out of the music...doing away indiscriminantely with high and low frequencies that the I-Pod feels is not essential to the music.

No true musician or music lover would be caught dead.

I love music and love MP3. Of course I have my proper equipment as well, but to me, beiung a music lover, I'm more interested in the music that is playing than debating about ots quality. O'd much rather listen to a lower quality version of the Beatles, Leo Kottke, Pink Floyd, John Hiatt than a high quality version of Britney or Christina.

I hate Apple. Pretentious. Over priced. Style over substance. Can do no wrong in some eyes: if you buy an I-pod that goes wrong don't keep buying more!
