Do you think gun use will change as a result of a not guilty decision?

Not really.
I think any CCWers who have been paying attention have picked up on the following:
1. Even if you act in self-defense, the legal and media aftermath can be a nightmare.
2. #1 goes double if you did anything the least bit questionable in the lead-up to the incident.
3. #1 goes triple if you are too fracking stupid to shut your mouth after the event.
At the same time, an armed person who finds their self in a situation where it appears to be shoot or die, is going to shoot.
So no, I don't see any major changes.... except positive ones, such as greater caution about following suspicious persons and less inclination to blab freely after a shoot. Nobody wants to go thru what Zim has gone thru, even if he is found innocent.

I would hope the "greater caution" would be in effect whether or not he is convicted. I would hope in retrospect even Zimmerman understands that he went one step too far.
I voted "No Change" as the best option presented.
I think people with licenses to carry will realize the awesome responsibility the use of their gun in a public setting represents. Innocent? Guilty? In this particular case, it makes no difference. The guy with the license to carry? His life is ruined.
Naw, they will just realize not to say a damn thing without a lawyer.I voted "No Change" as the best option presented.

no change
a change that may happen and in my opinion needs to happen (but i admit i have to read it again) is a clean up of the stand your ground law, seemed why to vague to me.
But in general i am totally in favor of castle laws and stand your ground laws, i just want them clear or at least as clear as they can be with out being worthless of course
