Wear Masks At Home During Zoom Meetings?

Wearing a mask at home during a zoom meeting is just about the organization appearing to be dedicated to the safety of the employees.

Just as many companies require a safety talk at the beginning of any meeting with more than x people. Pure optics rather than a constructive requirement

Yes, in certain circumstances indeed they should be worn.

Some people insist their employees wear them at home during Zoom meetings. I'd argue that's a stupid example to set, as effective as hardhats are.

Anybody should be able to wear a mask anytime they want to.

It cannot be and should not be a law to wear one.

That was the joke. Everyone would wear masks, and then, even though it's a virtual meeting and everyone is dozens of miles apart, people six feet from other coworkers could take off their masks. It would set a great example of safety, or whatever.
