We Now Know Trump ‘Committed a Felony’ Fox News' Judge Napolitano

Who exactly is Obama racist against, his white side or his black side? :lamo

Obama is racist against white cops who arrest unruly blacks by the book. Obama is racist against Mexicans like Zimmerman who had to shoot a black thug to keep him from beating him to death for no good reason. Obama is racist against white Ferguson cops and white plumbers who he thinks have made enough money.

I don't hold much credence in polls. No one I know, nor myself has ever been asked anything in a major poll. I think that percentage is way too high, as I know MANY people who are sorry they voted for him.

Fair enough, and I hope you're correct. Someone who is largely seen as an idiot and/or moron by many of the top advisors and staff in the US government should not be in a position of leadership.

So what you're saying is that Trump is a racist, and Obama is not a racist?

Am I reading you right?

Racists erroneously think everything is about racism. I don't know of either president is racist.

I don't understand how a president is actually vetted.
From what I know of top secret clearance, my wife had this for years working for a defense contractor, is that they ensure you are not compromised.
They have to be able to understand your finances, obligations, who you deal with, etc. Otherwise, you're a risk.

I cannot understand how Trump could pass such checks, considering how compromised he is legally, real-estate baron, shady dealings with Russia and other foreign powers, etc. It should never have been allowed in the first place.

Sure, but none of that is going to make sense if it turns out we don't prosecute a president who struggles with that distinction as well if the investigation points in that direction.

I can see impeaching a president for stealing a billion dollars and giving it to murderers of American servicemen overseas. But I cannot see impeaching a president because some sore losers tried to frame him for supposedly talking with Russians about a crooked woman politician.

The awful stench of desperation is reeking off of your posts.

Comedy gold!

So if the evidence is clear Trump violated the law he should get a pass because the prosecutors are crooked?

No. The issue of police brutality has been building for a long time. There are many instances of police crossing the line with people and using excessive force even when people are compliant. The problem is some people choose to believe any action carried out by police must be justified because of the position and responsibility they carry. The reality is they are flawed as other people are but are stuck in high stress situations on a constant basis. Add personal biases and policing methodology which focuses on containing people rather than working with a community and it's a recipe for many bad things happening. I still remember the days of beat cops, and the best thing about it was those beat cops knew who to hassle and who not too. Once that went away everyone in my neighborhood was treated like a criminal when stopped by police. When you live in a bad neighborhood where the police treat you like a criminal and you're surrounded by them as well, you have no one else to turn to.

What law did Trump break? Using government agencies to persecute political opponents? Influence government officials to overlook crimes of political partners? I don't think so. Did he pay off a whore with his own money in a way that his enemies want to twist the truth so they can charge him with a crime? Possibly.

There may be a dozen cases of cop malfeasance each year in the US. There also may be hundreds of examples of cops being attacked, assaulted and some even murdered by thugs each year. What are we to assume from that?

Exactly. What is the fuss all about? A few bad cops and thousands of cop assailants on the street, and the leftists make like all cops are bad. They should grow up and stop being so ignorant and unreasonable.

Well. When Fox news lays it out like that. While I suspected that was the case, he seems certain that it's necessarily the case.

SDNY, you go left, House Dems take right, Mueller, you're with us straight down the middle?

So what's their plan, sealed indictment? Try to toll it? Word is even SDNY won't try to indict a sitting president, policy is policy.

Since when have you and your "likes" trusted a Fox News Judge? I imagine that trust will last as long as he says what you want to hear, and the day after (like the day before) not again.

However, as I have never trusted him for legal analysis, and still don't, I am still not impressed by a guy who had "inside information" that Trump would sign 200 executive orders on his first day in office (did he sign even one?).

Frankly, if you not an election law specialist, or at least consulted one, I'd trust a Piero and Napie on election law less than I'd trust Judge Judy.

The beat cop...your comment make sense - if people know and interact with the guy, trust tends to build...and relationships form.

Hillary is evil. The DNC emails proved that. Democrats murdered Seth Rich for the release of closely guarded DNC secrets and then framed Trump for that release. That is wicked.
Rabbit is the grandson of Trump. I bet you did know that did you?

Not only that but the Hillary graduated from witch college but graduated dead last and is the reason why she wasn't able to bewitch the American public.

I don't know what academic rank Hillary had in her all girl white privilege college but it is certain she never learned decency, respect for others, kindness, truthfulness, honesty or other good Christian morals and values.

The thread title IS A LIE; that is not what he said, at all.

Feel free to continue making up whatever BULL**** you need to believe is true...

Oh I didn't make it up, that was from Judge Napolitano, on FOX news.

You only post pro-Trump propaganda, I don't take your posts seriously.

Debunked? Was the $100 million government settlement with the victims debunked also?

Mueller's involvement is what has been debunked.

Marke, your post is the most ironic post that I have ever read. For a Trump supporter to talk about decency, respect, kindness, truthfulness, honesty, Christian morals and values is not only ironic but downright insulting to anyones intelligence. Trump has none of those and to talk about someone else that way makes you look ridiculous and unfair. By the way, Hillary in her life has helped women and children on many occasions, so she is not as bad as you say and that is a fact .

You truly are living a fantasy and you need to start acknowledging what is truth and what is fiction because if you continue to live in a fantasy world, reality at some point will get you.

Mueller had the chance to grant pardons to the wrongly convicted men, but he failed to do so. In fact he joined with other corrupt officials in denying the unanimous recommendation of the parole board for pardons. How could he do that? There are two facts which are evident in this case. Either he never looked at the facts or he joined with others to ignore the facts and hide the FBI's criminal role in the wrongful convictions. My guess is Mueller's allegiance was to the FBI and the corrupt officials which made him fight parole for the innocent men. Not only that but when Congress opened an investigation into the matter Mueller urged Bush to resist allowing Congress to see the documents which clearly exposed the corrupt FBI knowledge and activities in the brazen miscarriage of justice.

Don't kid yourself. Those who exposed Hillary's behind the scenes character were not lying. Those who revealed Hillary's evil deeds recorded in leaked DNC emails were not lying. Those who claim Hillary is loving, decent, kind, unselfish, humble, and so forth are lying.

Here is reality. Read it and get some truth into your brain!

By the way, I am not saying she was a saint (far from it) but Trump is definitely worse.

This has been debunked. Read the article. Mueller never did this. When did Robert Mueller have the chance to grant pardons anyway?
