I think he missed the moment. He should have spoken right after the "lady" (actually, the cow) had put the money in her purse. And ask the poor guy "did you loose 20 buck?" and let him ask his money back.
But I know, it's hard to do the right things at the right moment. :)
 
That woman should be required to go around blind for a while just to see how much she likes what she took advantage of.
 
Unfortunately, I'm never surprised at the lack of character over money. It was $20. Sheesh. Sold out her character for $20.

Good on the kid, though. Bonus Karma points for him.
