Will this stop gun control from trying to ban guns? There is no chance of that happening.

Some people are absolutely clueless when it comes to what is possible and what is not. Reality is a stranger to them. Not so with criminals who will continue to devise ways of moving product to the market no matter what is done. It s even foolish to think it is possible to slow it down for any length of time.

I find this rather amusing as it is an obvious way and with the huge profits of drugs and with cheap labour many things that defy belief are possible.

It must be said that smugglers' ingenuity has increased over the years, in order to fool Spanish customs officers. They tried to smuggle cocaine in wigs, crockery sets and even within breast implants.

These wooden pallets arrived from Colombia on a shipping container. Spanish police stated that eleven people were arrested in a coordinated action in Spain, Britain and Dubai, along with two Colombians who are notorious for their expertise in processing cocaine into various formats with the help of chemicals.

Criminals smuggle in hundreds of tons of drugs each year. What gets found is acceptable losses. Police and foolish public think they are on top of it....

Gun control advocates view denial and bans as some kind of saviour device. Delusional people that is for sure.

What are your thoughts on keeping guns out of the "wrong hands". How successful will it be?

I disagree with you-at least as to the leader of the Bannite movement. They aren't really interested in depriving criminals of guns. They know they won't stop criminals but they have to pretend that is what motivates them

its all about making the shooting sports too expensive and a hassle for the average citizen to engage in, and then that will deprive pro gun groups of members. That is what the left wing gun restrictionists are really trying to achieve

Cost, inconvenience and difficulty are some of gun controls favourite words. They are wonderful in removing guns from citizens hands.

You are 100% correct leadership knows what it is doing and it is nothing of benefit to citizens.

Not quite sure why you think I trust government to do anything but what I think is immaterial. What do you think?

And pro-gun people really just secretly want to murder black people and get away with it. I sure love assigning motivations to people. Makes arguments easy.

actually I can prove what I claim while you just made that stupid claim up. When the Clinton gun ban was passed, Chuckie Schumer brayed that "the NRA claims that this bill is the nose of the camel under the tent-well WE are going to SHOW the NRA the rest of the camel

the Hughes Amendment -banning people from owning already heavily regulated and taxed machine-guns made after May 19, 1986 was not based on a crime control agenda given no legally owned machine gun by a private citizen had been used in a crime of violence for FIFTY years prior to that ban being "enacted". It was enacted purely for ONE reason-to derail a pro gun bill

so we have proof that Demoscum bags wanted to bash the NRA and we have proof that Demoscumbags passed laws that had NOTHING to do with crime control

I'd be most happy for you to describe the motivations of people who want to deprive people of valuable and life saving property when they know or should know there is no evidence to support their lies of guns cause crime. What do they secretly want?

With government projects like "Fast & Furious", it is plain to see that government policies generally backfire and make matters work.

Prohibition never works, and that's been demonstrated many times through history. It fails, AND it creates a long list of unintended consequences harmful to society.

what is funny is watching so many liberals/lefties/Democrats/Progressives constantly claim "no one wants to ban your guns" while others of the same ilk refer to gun owners as

gun fetishists
gun fondlers
gun nuts

and call guns

toys
"the precious" etc

and then want us to believe that people with that level of hate towards gun owners would not try to ban them if they had the chance

and we heard for years that gun registries are never going to be used for confiscatory purposes and the same people later claim how great the Australian and British bangasms were as a reaction to one nutcase causing a massacre.

sorry, no one who actually understands what the gun ban movement is up to believes your attempts to pretend that gun bans are not realistic. Hilary has already brayed about imposing British style gun bans in America and her daughter has gushed about Scalia being dead and her disgusting mother appointing someone who will ignore precedent and overturn Heller (BTW Kagan said Heller is established Precedent and is to be respected so I wonder if that was a lie)

That's just a step in the process. The banners are interested in control, plain and simple. They seek to ban firearms because individuals with the capability to resist control are a threat to their plans. Frankly, that's also why they support criminals. It's easy for the statists to control criminals through appeasement and selective enforcement of the law. You cut a couple of deals and the criminals tend to stay where you want them. This gives the added benefit of the non-criminal population coming to the government for more protection and that protection is control.

It's a balance between constitutional rights, what the population at large will accept in terms of restrictions and real (or perceived to be real) danger to the people. Laws and enforcement must maintain that balance.

Every day I see you tell somebody what they secretly believe.

Gun banners and gun restrictionists are usually a dishonest lot. They tell us that their goal is to stop crime. SO tell me, if there has never been-in 50 years-a murder committed with a legally owned machine gun, why did gun banners pass a law prohibiting people from owning machine guns (and by owning them complying with idiotic red tape) made after May 19, 1986?

Gun banners and restrictionists claim that harassing law abiding citizens is not their goal. Yet REGISTRATION cannot even be enforced against CRIMINALS. yet gun banners and gun restrictionists all want registration

Criminals cannot own ANY firearm. Gun banners and gun restrictionists want to ban "assault weapons" and normal capacity magazines. Those laws ONLY impact law abiding citizens by preventing them from owning stuff they have been able to OWN. Criminals don't suffer anything additional by the passage of those laws

Yet you all claim that harassing law abiding gun owners is not your goal. I state that the record is clear-either you all are incredibly ignorant of what you support or you all are dishonest.

we have laws on the books for keeping guns out of the wrong hands.what we do not need is more laws what we do need is to enforce the current laws.
this gun control debate is a mute debate, the constitution has a process for changing any amendment see ARTICLE 5 of that august document.
here is my problem with the left ,it will take 38 states to ratify a change in the constitution, obama knows he could not get 3 states to agree with him on this issue let alone 38. so he tries circumvent the constitution and the constitutional process with exc orders.
my thoughts on gun control see ARTICLE 5 OF THE CONSTITUTION,we have enough gun laws.
