Noticed this morning, going to take the chill off for a minute, not getting warm. Little gas, there it goes. Get to a stop, drip, drip,.... Be a hose!!?
Location of drip source?... 😞

Fixing to pour over some searches for good info before digging in blind. About to turn 196k when bought with 133 and put a starter on it. Can't complain too much.

Suppose I'll be doing a fresh timing belt and such while I'm tearing front end apart.

Been wrenching since dad could get me to turn a bolt, but experienced advice is always good.

Haven't done one since forever but I remember that when doing that front end stuff don't forget the gasket kit when you buy the parts. A good parts counter guy will remind you.

Transverse engine?
If you are doing the w/p and timing belt, get quality parts and don't forget tensioner pulley and idler pulley, cam seal(s) and crank seal. You have a good set of tools?

It's a PITA job..... but still pretty basic stuff.

90% of your time will be removing parts that get in the way of the 10% that needs done.

Like @Rexedgar said, replace any disrupted gasket & seals. Tensioner/Idler not a must..........but advisable.................... no sense in having to get back under the hood 3 months from now.

I like to buy my tools instead of renting, but Autozone/Advance/O'Reilly's/Napa should have the pullers to rent if you don't own them already.

Amazon sells some awesome quality pullers cheap.

Just took a quick look at a Transit water pump video and the job is pretty straight forward.
