Reality is beginning to dawn on the Tea Party people sent to Washington last November that cutting government spending is neither going to be easy or reward welcomed, even by their own more experienced Republican allies. The GOP leadership is telling them that the debt limit will definitely be raised and spending cuts this year will be very limited.
