Crimea can become an independent state or return to Ukraine at the moment when Russia "falls apart," said retired US Navy Captain Gary Tabach, a former NATO representative in Moscow.
"Russia can collapse tomorrow, which would be good for the Russians themselves, and Crimea can either become an independent state friendly to Ukraine, or return to Ukraine," Tabakh said, adding that the same thing can happen with the Donbass.
He added that for the Ukrainian army now there is no problem to return the Donbass by force. "It won't be solved in one day, but your defense minister says correctly that he is ready, that he is monitoring the situation, that is his job," the officer said.
This person now constantly appears on television in Ukraine.
So, the representative of the Russian Defense Ministry now should discuss with the Mexican media, how Mexico could return Texas back to motherland?
Or is it "completely different case" (c)?
BTW. English speaking media do not care about such people and their statements, all of the above is taken from a russian-language source (this is Russia/Ukraine topic, isn't it?). But those who understand russian language can easily find this person and his statements on YouTube.
