Dude I watch C-SPAN religiously, go to the DU occassionally, I keep tabs on the Dems buddy and it's clear that they support Gore, if you don't understand the Democrats message by now then you don't have the slightest credibility when you speak.

The radical left has hijacked the Democratic party and their message is clear: wrong war wrong place wrong time, Bush lied troops died, impeachment impeachment, the Republicans are akin to slave owners, a Republican have never had to put in a hard days work in their lives, the troops are terrorists, the Republicans like torture, the Republicans are rounding up innocent Muslims and putting them into death camps, Bush blew up the levvies, Bush hates black people, Bush is a tyrant who spies on innocent Americans, Police State America, Bush is Hitler, America is imperialist, America is Fascist, terrorism is a myth, the terrorists are in the right, we are in the wrong, 9-11 victims are little Eichmens, Bush is the worlds biggest terrorist Hugo Chavez is one of the good guys et al. WAKE UP GALEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Radical left - hijacked? Please. The problem with Dems is there is no strong leadership yet. Radical right hijacking the GOP? OBVIOUSLY! There is a crack in the armour now that DeLay has received the disgrace he so readily deserves.

But your rant of Dem stereotypes leads me to believe that you have been reading too much Ann Coulter.

The problem is not with conservative values, the Rebuplicans, or the GOP; it is with the people who have hijacked a lot of the right and sold them on a radical neo-conservative agenda using fear as a marketing tool.

If I could pick the next administration from the choices right now, I'd probably go with McCain. And if it wasn't for Rove's little "McCain has a black baby" stunt, he'd probably would have won in 2000. Does that make my dislike of what Bush is doing to the world less valid? Or more?

I hope the Dems get there act together before the 2006 elections get much closer, cause some check to the neo-con's power needs to be put in play before the US goes beyond a point of no return. Economically, deficit, security - I mean you are one terrorist attack away from a near police state right now! And the majority of Americans don't even know it.

What is this? Can this really be submitted as evidence? Look within your soul. I think you know the truth. Your Master knows many a human that will gladly agree with all the talking points of the Democratic Party.

That being said, let's not treat the words "liberal" and "democrat" as if they were synonymous, because they're not. The democrats are a party, and liberals are people who hold specific beliefs, and they vote for all sorts of parties (green, socialist, republican, etc.)

If he's trying to prove the democrats are worse than the republicans, that is a much harder task.

Then how do you explain waterboarding? How do you explain the Bybee memo which tries to redefine "torture" to be something other than the UNCAT definition? How do you explain Bush threatening to veto McCain's anti-torture bill, and Cheney begging Congress to let the CIA be exempt from it?

How do you explain this guy who died during U.S. interrogations?

I don't understand how someone can accuse Democrats of failing to conclude the obvious about the threat posed by Sadaam Hussein, and then turn around and fail to conclude the obvious about sanctioned torture by the U.S. With all this evidence and more readily available, it blows my mind how anyone could honestly think we DON'T torture.
