Walmart Loses $224 Million Lawsuit For Stealing Lunch Breaks From 187,000 Workers

The lawsuit was about working on breaks and lunchtime.

Cutting OT like you described is legal in many states.

I have not found anyone saying how Wal-Mart stole lunch hours. The 15 minute breaks were detailed, but all I can find about lunches is that people were working during their meal time. Maybe we would have less people crying about minimum wage if the people who worked weren't taken advantage of by technicalities that are legal. I think you and I will have to agree to disagree until their is further information regarding how exactly meal time was stolen.
