Yes Sweden has a gang problem, in certain few cities. So does every other country. Hell last week a gang war going on in Manchester, UK spilled over onto the Costa Del Sol, when one of the gangs senior members was gunned down in a quite housing area near me. 2 days ago they found a bullet ridden corpse by one of the beaches,... also linked to a gang war. The main gangs on the Costa del Sol are British and Irish, but all major European gangs are present here, as this is where they retire too and invest a lot of their ill gotten gains. I have met former leaders of Hells Angels in Denmark here, and they live like kings.

The gang problem in Sweden is especially bad in Malmø, which has spread to Copenhagen and Denmark, joining the Danish gang wars. But most of Sweden is quite safe and without gang problems.

What people forget often, is the following. Gangland violence has existed in both Sweden and Denmark for decades and has mostly been run by American inspired biker gangs, aka Hells Angels and Bandidos. These 2 gangs and their minions have carved up guns, drugs, prostitution and so on for decades.

The problem when highly discriminated against youth of immigrants started forming gangs to protect themselves from the police. Because of poverty, these youth gangs started to dip into crime and went on the turf of the established gangs, and that started turf wars. This became more and more violent and that is what we have today.

Blaming immigrants/refugees solely is hilarious, since I clearly remember in the 1980s and 1990s before we got "tons of Muslims" as some like to say, I remember Hells Angels and Bandidos doing running gun battles in broad daylight in Copenhagen and other areas of Denmark.. funny how that is forgotten.

And to be frank the reaction of the police in both countries is pathetic. The leader of the one of the most violent immigrant gangs in Denmark, Loyal to Familia, is known to be living on the Costa del Sol. He is wanted, but runs his small but violent gang from here. The police seem not to be doing anything about it, other than trying to remove his citizenship.

Both Denmark and Sweden are very peaceful countries normally, so when there are these problems it is shocking and hence blown up (pun intended) by the far right in their never ending attack against migration.. which in turn fuels the problem even more..... since that is one of the grievances that these migrant youth gangs have against the establishment.

Police in Sweden have arrested two migrant men in connection with last week’s brutal knife murder that took place in the city of Boden.

The two 20-year-old suspects are from Eritrea and Syria. They stand accused of murdering a young man, aged 19, in a knife attack that occurred last Thursday at the train station in Boden, Fria Tider reports.

The victim is said to have been attacked by the assailants just after he stepped off of the bus. According to local media, one of the suspects had been wearing a horror mask at the time of the brutal murder.

Well written and informed post. I was going to post something similar, especially with the media propaganda that rape is also on the rise in scandinavian countries as a result of migrants, mainly Muslim migrants and how none of that is really supported by the evidence as reported by Bra in Sweden. However, I feel there is no need for that now, or maybe not in this topic. It is important that we are not swayed by liars and lies.

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - A surge in drug-linked gang-violence in Sweden led to a 60% increase in bomb blasts in 2019, government statistics showed on Thursday, as police work to rid the streets of explosives and guns with more officers on patrol.

Sweden has been hit by a wave of shootings and bombings over the past couple of years which police have linked to gang conflicts in major cities, shocking Swedes, who have long considered their country one of the safest in the world.

Some 257 bomb attacks were reported to police last year, up from 162 the previous year, the statistics from the National Council for Crime Prevention showed.

The agency did not give any information about the types of explosives used most frequently or any other details, but Swedish media have reported some attacks using make-shift bombs made from vacuum flasks packed with explosive material.

Another explosion in January 13, 2020, the bombing wave continuous. Most of the gang-violence is taking place in immigrant areas. The police don’t release the background of the suspects. Good reason to suspect that most of them are from migrant background. These bombs attacks start to look like terrorist attacks.

The local government in the town of Skurup in southeast Sweden has decided to implement a ban on Islamic headscarves at primary and secondary schools.

The new policy is indicative of a seismic shift currently underway in Sweden which has seen the national populist Sweden Democrats – a party that has been boycotted by the globalist center-right and left for years – become the country’s most popular party, Sveriges Radio reports.

In the motion, which was proposed by the Sweden Democrats, supported by the Moderates, and approved by Skurup’s municipal council, bans “headscarves, burkas. Niqabs, and other clothing that is intended to hide students and staff”.

Loubna Stensåker Göransson, a conservative Moderate councilor who voted in favor of the Sweden Democrats’ ban proposal, told Swedish media that the ban is about equality and freedom from religious indoctrination.

The band of headscarf by the municipality is an indication of the changes going on Sweden, where it has become a hot topic. The band of headscarf is on the rise in Europe. In 2011 France banned Islamic face coverings in public spaces, and regularly suspend women from schools and college for wearing headscarf. Official figures from the Swedish government have revealed that of the nearly 100,000 people who were added to the country’s population in 2019, migrants accounted for 73 percent of that growth.

According to figures compiled by Statistics Sweden – a government agency responsible for producing official statistics regarding Sweden – the Swedish population has grown considerably in the past ten years, reaching 10,327,589, marking an increase of about a million since 2009, Swedish daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter reports.

“The population of Sweden is increasing at the moment, in part, because more people are born than are dying, but above all, immigration is greater than emigration. About 73 percent of the population increase is explained by migration,” the government agency explained.

During the last five years, Syrian migrants have comprised the largest single immigrant group in Sweden. However, in 2019, that group was surpassed by Afghans, Indians, and Swedish-born returnees.

I guess that many of those Swedes leaving the country is because they no longer feel safe day to day in their neighborhoods and increase in unemployment. Many of the immigrants from 2009 on will not assimilate to the Swedish culture. The Swedes that are leaving the country are just given ground to those type of migrants. In two years there will be new election and the Swedish people would have the opportunity to vote for a new leadership that support substantial reduction in immigration.

It is common knowledge among us that criminality among Near East and African migrants is sky high. The only surprise is that a serving police officer is brave enough to break the wall of secrecy.

Europe needs to wake up and defend European culture or there won't be a Europe. America too for that matter. We all could learn some lessons in that regard from the Japanese in that the good things about your culture and customs are worth fighting to protect. Anyone immigrating to Sweden should try hard to live as the Swedes do. Same with America, and exactly how Japan does.... they defend their culture and their values because otherwise they know it will go away if they don't.

People who want to live the same way it was in the hell holes in the middle East, North Africa, South America, or Asia that they came from, should go back to those places.

I know of no Swedes leaving the country other than 'new Swedes' returning home, a few Jews moving to Israel or the States and a few Professionals taking up higher paid jobs in places like the UK.

There is a great deal of 'secondary immigration' here these days; wives and real or pretended, sons and daughters, aged parents and so on - all coming under 'family reunification' programmes.

Naouel Aissaoui, a teacher in Skurup, Sweden who is a practicing Muslim, has some advice for Swedes who don’t want to see girls wearing Islamic headscarves in their country: leave.

Aissaoui had a televised debate with Loubna Stensåker Göransson, a member of Sweden’s liberal-conservative Moderate Party, on SVT’s The Meeting program earlier this month. The Skurup council recently passed a resolution banning Muslim headscarves from their schools.
Göransson supports the ban, and is also a Muslim. The conversation became quite heated at times.

“You cannot come to a secular country that believes in equality and live according to medieval values,” Göransson told Aissaoui, according to a report in Nyheter Idag. She also said that she believes the veil is a symbol of oppression and indoctrination for women.

The televised confrontation between the school teacher and a member of the Moderate Party, both women and Muslims, is an illustration of the debate over immigration going on in Sweden. The large amount of immigration in risen years has strained the welfare system and an increase in crime. While the rest of Europe imposes severe restrictions on public life and closes borders and businesses, Sweden is taking a more relaxed approach to the coronavirus outbreak.

Unlike its immediate neighbors Denmark, Finland and Norway Sweden has not closed its borders or its schools. Neither has it closed non-essential businesses or banned gatherings of more than two people, like the U.K. and Germany.

Sweden’s response to the outbreak is being overseen largely by the country’s Public Health Agency. It has taken a conspicuously different approach to the coronavirus from its international peers, trusting the public to adopt voluntary, softer measures to delay the spread of the virus.

But other than a recent ban on gatherings of more than 50 people, there are no official hurdles to life proceeding as normal in Sweden.

Which means, according to reports on the ground, that life is more or less normal, albeit with somewhat lower density.

As of early April, around half the Swedish workforce is now working from home, and public transport usage has fallen by roughly 50 percent. The streets in the nation’s capital, Stockholm, are 70 percent less busy than usual.

Lockdown are necessary when the healthcare service cannot cope with the number of coronavirus cases. In Sweden intensive care unit admissions are going down, which allow the country cope with the situation. It is now on mitigation face. About 50% of swedes are working from home, reason why public transportation is 50% less crowded. Primary schools remain open, which allow parents to keep working. Elderly people stayed at home and are helped by relatives and neighbors that go shopping for them.

Long, extreme lockdown, will increase death from hunger, psychological trauma, suicide, domestic violence, transportation problems and economic devastation. Most Sweden will not die from those causes that is the benefit.

With a death rate significantly lower than that of France, Spain, the U.K., Belgium, Italy, and other European Union countries, Swedes can enjoy the spring without panic or fears of reigniting a new epidemic as they go about their day in a largely normal fashion.

Dr. Mike Ryan, the executive director of the World Health Organization’s Emergencies Program, says: “I think if we are to reach a new normal, I think in many ways Sweden represents a future model — if we wish to get back to a society in which we don’t have lockdowns.”

Except the Swedish welfare system has not risen much and even gotten lower several years.

The asylum seekers may have spiked in 2016 but in 2018 and 2019 it has been really low, like the lowest 2 years from the past 9 years with about 6500 asylum seekers in 2019. Even family reunification is going down in numbers.

And debate is good, in debates you get to understand the other sides views and agenda's. And if I am reading the total crimes reported, the change in the past 10 years has been negligible.

Are there more crimes? Probably, more people means more crime. And it is always good to try and integrate as many people as is humanly possible. And what people believe is not always correct. In France for example (in 2016 or so), the polled people estimated that 31% of French people were muslims when the actual number was 7.5%.

And I have said this on Dutch discussion sites, you can only have people integrate if you let them integrate rather than wanting them to assimilate into a society. Meaning both sides try their best to get to a new normal rather than one side demanding that the other side does all the work and they have to do nothing.

A migrant from Eritrea has been charged with raping a 3-year-old girl in Sweden. A medical center has determined that the girl now also has a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

The 32-year-old migrant, whose name is being withheld due to Swedish privacy laws, was charged in the Attunda District Court, according to a report by Samhällsnytt. He resides in the Sundbyberg Municipality, north of Stockholm. Swedish tax records indicate that he is an Eritrean national who was first registered in Sweden in February 2010.

The charge indicates that the rape took place in a residence in Sollentuna Municipality, also north of Stockholm, in either January or February of this year. After the assault, the mother began to suspect that the girl was suffering from a disease and took her to a medical centre in Tureberg, where it was determined that she was infected with an STD. Doctors then alerted the police, and testing indicated that the Eritrean suspect has the same infection.

Police have been interrogating the migrant. Despite having lived in Sweden since 2010, he still needs a translator to communicate with officers. He denies that he committed the crime.

Crimes, and particularly sexual assaults, committed by migrants have become a serious problem in Sweden in recent years. In this month alone, three migrants have been arrested for or charged with rape, and two with murder, as previously reported by Voice of Europe.

The number of sex attacks against girls and young women has being increasing since 2015 in Sweden, with many of the attacks perpetrated by immigrants and asylum seeker. Rape cases by immigrants have become an epidemic in Sweden. Crimes committed by immigrants has become a serious problem, as crime rates skyrocket in Sweden.

Statistics released by the Swedish Migration Board reveal that the vast majority of migrants who come to Sweden bring no identification documents with them. While the average among all migrants who do not bring ID is 8 out of 10, among some nationalities, such as Afghans and many African countries, nearly 100% fail to provide any.

The statistics were released at the request of Merit Wager, a former Refugee Ombudsman who is a well-known debater on migration topics who is critical of Sweden’s migration policies, according to a report by Samhällsnytt. The data covers those who applied for asylum in Sweden between 2015, when the current migrant crisis began, and 2019. Data for Syrian migrants was not included, although they formed the largest country of origin for several years during this period.

The Migration Board itself, however, downplayed the problem, indicating that many migrants can prove their identities in other ways besides using documents. They also claim that some migrants present identity papers at a later time, but they did not offer statistics on this. “One might of course wonder why those who applied for asylum did not show their identity documents when they first arrived, if they still had them,” Wager commented.

Many of those migrants that arrived without identification had claimed asylum as children. Sweden's national forensic agency has found that the age check of nearly 8,000 people tested, 75% were older than 18 years. Most child migrant are not sent back to their country of origin.

The Migration Agency decision, based on the test, formally considered that in 79% of the cases the applicants were as older as they have claimed. What is the purpose of carrying out the test if the Migration Agency blatantly ignore the results? A number of those identified as children, has been raping young swedes girls and committing other types of crimes. As the saying goes “you reap what you sow.”

If you import third world immigrants you also import third world culture...it ain't rocket science. The liberals that have inflicted multiculturalism on the West must have known this would happen ,therefore we should assume liberals hate the West (specifically white men)...which explains a lot given the rise amongst liberals of such organisations as BLM.
