Congress passes laws
The Supreme Court validates those laws as being unconstitutional or unconstitutional.
The president-the chief executive-is required to make sure the laws passed by congress are enforced if they are constitutional.
This scumbag excuse for a president thinks-along with his mob of scumbag MAGATS-thinks that he can choose which legitimate laws he wants to enforce and which ones he can ignore.

Right and that IS what has and/or is what is happening at this point. Habeus corpus has been suspended and the courts have in essence allowed it. There government has taken no action to correct illegal deportations.

The British did essentially the same thing as it sent what they deemed as undesirables including men, women, children and boatloads of Irish to prison colonies in Australia, what is now the state of Georgia, Barbados and other places with most victims never to return to their homelands. They were snatched and shipped away on suspicion and for petty theft and also for heinous crimes. It was wrong then and it remains wrong now.
