Palestinians are not the bad guys. They are being forced off land they've existed on since Roman Imperial times. They have a God given right to defend that land just as America would defend theirs.

Let me be clear on this: there'll be no hope for compromise whatsoever on these points. Yes, really, my points are right and yours are not just wrong... they're evil. If you're looking to convince someone that Palestinians should be removed, find someone else who'll go for that. That'll never be me. What Israel is doing is ethnic cleansing. Period.

Palestinians have as much right to live as the Israelis.

From the outset, the entire predicate of the "roundup" and deportation of immigrants was that the military with its massive logistics would do the work -- for free to ICE.

As far as lack of standing, Why weren't the trump lawyers able to get the right charges to a court in the right jurisdiction? Because they had no evidence.


That's not what standing means legally.

If it is treason or an abuse of power to say Trump tried to remain in office , why does our pledge of allegiance have no mention of the president? Why do none of the oaths for Representative or Senator have any mention of the president. Look at the oaths taken by armed services members, there is no mention of the president. This is because we owe allegiance to a country, not a man.

If you want to say Cheney or Thompson are traitors, you would have to be able to say why.

The tax code is filled with items they want to promote. Like encouraging home ownership, encourage charitable giving, encourage capital spending, encourage small businesses, etc. Making changes has ripple effects. Not the governments job to do a lot of things like interfere in health care but here we are.
