If one is "senile" it must be the likes of you. Biden has apologized for that Reagan supported action, and promised to fix the problem something your "law and order" ass has not done:

The first set of reforms to sentencing guidelines has already been passed, by the Obama administration in 2010.

Hopefully further reforms will follow.

Have you noticed Joey has had to do a lot of apologizing for his 47 years of racism? And we haven't even had a debate yet. And he hasn't even had a real interview yet.

Ever hear of the First Step Act?

Time for you to tell the forum members on what basis you make the positive claim " Biden hasn't had a real interview yet."

This country was founded, and built, on racism, and is being kept in place by the right wing. Ever hear of "All men are created equal", or "40 acres and a mule"?

Ummm, from watching the "interviews" he's given. I sincerely do not know how these "reporters" can sleep with themselves.

"Mr. Vice President, President Trump has said that he downplayed the coronavirus because he didn't want to cause panic. If you were president, could you see a scenario where you downplayed critical information so as not to cause panic?"

OK. We're done.

Did Biden answer it, or did he do the trump thing and ignore the question?

OK. We're done.

Seems like that always happens when a right winger is forced to face reality.

Indentured servants were the first slaves.

Then came the Native Americans turn.

Then the Blacks.

Then the Chinese

Now it is the poor.

And right wingers will do nothing to stop it.

Makes me wonder why Biden chose Harris as his running mate. Her prosecution record toward Blacks for petty drug charges is the complete opposite of what he tries to sell above. Poor Joe is so damn confused.
I dont think Joe chose Kamala- his handlers did that for him since he's incapable of making a decision on his own any more.

Low IQ types do have a hard time understanding the concept of freedom for all, not just a few. That is why they follow trump.

Well I'm not voting for Trump, so youre barking up the wrong tree.

Go ahead and link your evidence that Trump has preconceived stereotypes of black Americans.

I've provided a video and a direct quotation from Racist Joe.

I think you're laughing to cover for your own racism.
HE said....she cannot be president, because she has to use the back door...in reference to Kamala Harris in reference to segregation..

what is racist about pointing out racial disparities in how people are sentenced? If someone has cocaine and they are white, should they not get the same sentence as a black man with the same amount? The problem is, that isn't what happens...the black man gets 3 times the time the white man did....he pointed it out, it is a fact, he is talking about justice reform, which needs to be addressed.

Joe didn’t contrast a “black man” with a “white man”.

He contrasted a “black guy” with someone “living on Park Avenue”.

“Black guys” can live on Park Avenue.

This is the same issue as his statement “Poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids .”

Joe thinks white people are rich, black people are poor.

Hypocrisy lol.

Is Joe racist or not?

Who really knows? But this thread fails because this isn't racism...it's pointing out the statistical reality that blacks face stiffer sentences of drug related charges, especially possession, than white folks do, and that he wants to do something about that. It's kind of the opposite of what you're attempting to sell here. It's actually rather embarrassing for you.

Again, Joe does not compare black men to white men.

He compares a “black guy” to someone living on Park Avenue.

A “black guy” can live on Park Avenue.

Perhaps you have the same stereotype of black Americans that Joe does.

So Racist Joe is at it again, this time responding to a question from Anderson Cooper, during his CNN Town Hall, about penalties for drug offenses.

"We moved to eliminate the disparity between crack/cocaine and powdered cocaine, so a black guy getting a nickel bag and snorting coke went mandatory to jail, (but when) someone who did a line in, you know, on Park Avenue got arrested, they got probation."

Racist Joe begins this brilliant line at approximately 0:19 in the following video...

Saying he worked with Obama to get rid of the racist crack/cocaine sentencing disparity that sent so many young black men to jail while well-off young white men sauntered off is "racist"?

Man, you just keep cranking out the stupidest bullshit. I'm amazed that you people think this tactic - idiotically calling something "racist" that is not racist in a hope that someone else will see it and conclude that all accusations of racism are equally idiotic as what you said - works. But then, there are a lot of you that think claiming to have been a Democrat lends credibility to anti-Dem rants, or that using a portrait of a founder as avatar lends wisdom to the idiocy you spew.

The crack/cocaine disparity was what was racist. Talking about getting rid of it isn't. Crack cocaine and cocaine are the same drug. The only difference is that crack is in a form that is smokable. It was far more prevalent among inner city black communities, so it was penalized far worse. But there never was the science to justify it, just fear-mongering.

Again, Joe does not compare black men to white men. He compares a “black guy” to someone living on Park Avenue. A “black guy” can live on Park Avenue. Perhaps you have the same stereotype of black Americans that Joe does.

Complete unmitigated idiocy dismissed.

This must be embarrassing for you.

Of course he can, especially since Park Avenue goes right up through Harlem.

You obviously know nothing about NYC.

So all “black guys” in New York City live in Harlem?

Liberal racism is coming out of the woodwork in this thread.

Perhaps this entire thread is dumb, and beneath me, except to briefly point out the obvious. But good luck with your straw man. It's not silly at all...and everyone will respect it.
