13 States already have laws on the books that ban and criminalizes abortions the minute is overturned. They are called "trigger laws" and automatically kick in without debate. Many more States have left what they call " zombie laws " on the books that are their pre RvW laws that we're never rescinded or negated that can easily be reactivated. The banning or severally restricting abortion is going to happen very quickly in quite a few States.
