"But you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists. Okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly."Exactly what I said he said.
When he said that he was referring to the people at the unite the right rally.
"But you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists. Okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly."
"
But you had a lot of people in that group that were there to innocently protest, and very legally protest "
The thing is he is wrong.
There were no good people in that group.
THINK ABOUT IT.
The rally was organized by a nazi named Jason Kessler, he got the permits, booked the speakers, advertised etc.
Good people don't go to participate in rallies organized by Nazis.
Let's say there were some good people that were simply ignorant of the fact that it was organized by nazis.
They show up, they see all the nazi flags and Klan signs and what do they do?
If they are really good people they leave immediately or join the group opposing the nazis.
If they stayed and marched with the nazis then they ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.
so Trump was wrong.
There were not very fine people in that group.
That about covers it.
