Ukrainian lawmaker Andriy Derkach attends a news conference titled "Publication of facts of pressure of U.S. Embassy on Ukraine's law enforcement agencies to interfere in electoral process in U.S.", in Kiev, Ukraine October 9, 2019.

(CNN)The US Treasury Department on Thursday announced new sanctions against a Ukrainian lawmaker, accusing him of being an "active Russian agent" who is part of Moscow's interference in the 2020 campaign.

The controversial Ukrainian lawmaker, Andrii Derkach, has close ties to President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and was already singled out earlier this summer by the US intelligence community for helping Moscow's ongoing efforts to weaken Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Now, Derkach has been explicitly labeled a Russian agent by the US government and sanctioned for attempting to influence the upcoming election.
"Andrii Derkach and other Russian agents employ manipulation and deceit to attempt to influence elections in the United States and elsewhere around the world," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in a statement Thursday, which was included in a Treasury announcement that said Derkach "has been an active Russian agent for over a decade" and maintained "close connections with the Russian intelligence services."...

Man is Mnuchin trying to piss off Mr "No Collusion"?

No colusion.... :lamo Tell us another?

You mean that collusion that no one in the democrats dugout could prove, even though they stated that they had all the evidence?

You're welcome to spew that garbage in the conspiracy threads.

Your living in denial doesn''t alter reality; no matter how desperately you wish it so.

Collusion has been proven multiple times. Here's a few readers for you:

Mueller Report

Senate Report

That's hilarious coming from the person who just claimed collusion was never proven.

Seriously, how utterly stupid or outright ignorant does someone have to be to still believe that propaganda you're spewing?

You mean that collusion that no one in the democrats dugout could prove, even though they stated that they had all the evidence?

It was proven. Don't you remember you guys switched to "collusion isn't a crime" then "a sitting president can't be prosecuted for a crime? Call it what you want, Trump and his associates actively solicited Russia to get involved in our election, and they did. We all even saw Trump on live TV ask them to do so. You just don't care.

Trump recently retweeted some Derkach false info meant to influence the 2020 election:

You don't have to "collude" when you're agreeable and willing to roll to begin with, not having to be told, useful idiot, president of the the United States of America, Amexited former leader of the free-world.

It's been proven my friend. Manafort and Stone are both convicted felons. They both were involved with the Russians or agents for them. It's quite clear.

No, they’re moving Guliani closer to the curb, so they can toss him under the bus.

You can go on plugging your ears, covering your eyes, and spewing right wing code words, but the facts are what they are.

The Trump campaign actively colluded with Russian intelligence operatives throughout the 2016 campaign. We have the names. Most of them have attested to having done it. We have the documents. We have the ongoing attempts by the Trump team to obstruct various investigations.

The Senate has concluded that this happened. The documentation is almost as through as the attempts at cover up (which consumed much of Trump’s four years).

There was never any doubt that the wannabe international men of mystery that Trump had running around Ukraine trying to find someone who would manufacture anything on Biden were being played by Russian operatives. It was reported at the time. It was also very obvious.

After all, Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort, was Moscow’s man.

In the coming months, you’re going to be hearing a lot about some of these characters, George Nadal, Elliot Broidy, Guliani, Eric Prince, Steve Bannon, etc.

There’s a lot of rats in this nest. And most of them haven’t received serious scrutiny.......at least not yet.

Actually, it wasn't...
It was. Please don't waste our time with nakedly biased sources which lie about the contents of what was in the reports (in this case, the nakedly biased source is Barr, upon whose letter this article depended).

Also, I find it hilarious you looked for a "source" which was written before the Mueller Report even came out. I think that shows you know how dishonest it is to say Mueller didn't find collusion.

Mueller delivered his report without reccomendations.

Which is the same thing he did when he handled a similar investigation of the NFL.

He left it up to Congress.

Which meant that McConnell had the option of whether to continue to pursue the matter, or to use parliamentary tricks to make sure the evidence would never be presented in a trial (as he did with the Trump/Ukraine matter.

The documentation in the Mueller Report (which Trumpsters never read) is thorough, complete and very well documented.

That Trump should have been removed is no longer in doubt.

How do you like the "discredit Woodward" and his 'bad sources' (tons of tape of him and insiders of his admin), defense idiot bunker bitch is throwing out? Now that's some sheer "stable genius" BRILLIANCE, no? :lamo

The only thing more hilarious is how his "base"(heads), swallow ANYTHING, greedily and without questioning it!:lamo

Good news. One small step to help secure American democracy.

You mean that collusion that no one in the democrats dugout could prove, even though they stated that they had all the evidence?

They kinda expected to be able to subpoena the evidence they knew was there.

Like every other prosecution gets to.

Mueller said that no American citizen illegally coordinated with the Russian government.

You're lying.

You're lying.
No, Barr was lying. That's why Mueller sent him a letter basically saying that very thing.

Mueller found collusion. The Senate found collusion. You should try reading the material I provided earlier. It will be quite illuminating for you.

No it won't - -that's APDST's MO. Put out any far right wing source out there and then keep shouting WRONG at every turn

i'm not a huge Pelosi fan, but she was right when she said that all roads lead to Putin with this administration, IMO.

Your living in denial doesn''t alter reality; no matter how desperately you wish it so.

And now I'm off to finish eating at the adults table. Good luck with your conspiracy coloring book.

You know, it's funny. I've read the reports and every time I ask for posters like yourself to show me where collusion has been proven. They tuck their tail and scurry back under the rock that they came from.

Are you going to be same case?

And now you're back to peddling the same tired lie as before.

How about this, you mind showing me where it was prove that he colluded with Russia?
