What is the reason white republicans are so hell bent on restricting voting right under the guise of "preventing voter fraud"? The two known vote frauds, out of millions of cast votes, were republicans. It seems like this party wants to regress the country to the ultimate goal of only white men can vote. And to ratch it up more, only white republican males can vote.

It's rights - not writes. I'm not a grammar-nazi, but that's just a bit much.

If you think it's a civil rights issue, and this is aimed at keeping minorities from voting, then maybe you can be the first to explain why minorities aren't able to get ID like everyone else. Do you think there are member of the KKK out front of the registrar's office with a club in hand, threatening them?

It's a false, manufactured, fake argument with no legs and two googly eyes.

"Voting Writes"?

Bah, someone beat me to it.

Hasn't this topic already been beaten to death?

One of the things I think white republicans have an issue with voter ID is because anyone who doesn't know the difference between write and right shouldn't be allowed to vote.

And just how smart is it on your side, if the only two known vote frauds were committed by republicans? These violations were not the only known violations in any event, but even if they were and the side committing them wanted a way to clean this up, why complain?

And this using of the race card is simply disingenuous. Assuring that the system is followed correctly, especially when we as voters use this as a method, in common, to assert our will on the direction of the country, is truly important.

Why do liberals oppose it so much? Ignorance of the actual facts? Or maybe an understanding that this method, this fraud, is more utilized than is publicized...but that it skews things to the favor of the left. The latter is the most logical of those two.

Uh huh, and I should right more about this soon. But I see the responses have gotten tangential.

Vote for the republicans and they won't care who you are.

Writes or Rights?

As for the rest of your OP, do you have anything to back up your claim that white Republicans are the leaders in fraudulent votes, and that we are trying to take away voting rights of everyone else?

Links, please.

And I'm not a white male Republican, fyi.

Wrrrriiiiite...or maybe Riiiiiiight....

We need better voter fraud prevention methods because it's so damned hard to identify and prove. If you call the police because people are speeding and even drag racing along your street and they tell you that there isn't enough speeding to worry about since there hasn't been a ticket issued in over 3 years on your street...... well, that's the same scenario as saying we don't need better fraud prevention measures because we haven't been able to detect a lot of fraud.
