Northam is not the first governor to test positive. He follows the Oklahoma, Ohio and Missouri governors

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam And Wife Test Positive For Coronavirus

23 August - Missouri’s governor has refused to mandate masks. Now he’s tested positive for the coronavirus.

7 August - Ohio governor tests positive for Covid-19 ahead of Trump visit though a follow-up test found a negative result

16 July - Kevin Stitt 'pretty shocked' to be first governor to test positive for COVID-19 - he announced recovery after two weeks of treatment

A question I have not seen asked: How effective are the tests being administered to most Americans? If a state governor can have a 'positive' test that is later shown to be wrong, what's the difference between the two test methods?

Hope they'll be okay.

That's a good question. Now we have to wonder how many people tested positive were really negative and people who tested negative were really positive? Ugh, what a frightful mess.

Best wishes for a full recovery.
