That is not the point. I strongly suspect the 14 level-4 safety labs we have in this country are developing bio-weapons to study them and prepare defenses to them. Are any of the labs in Ukraine level-4 safety labs? Here I will give you the answer. There are no BSL-4 labs or their equivalent in Ukraine.....zero....zilch.....nada

As for the labs in the US "studying bio-weapons" are they studying to produce them? I would seriously doubt that.

There's nothing to refute. Glen Greenwald wrote an article quoting Victoria Nuland answering Sen Rubio in a congressional hearing.

That quote calls into question numerous articles over the past two weeks where "fact checkers" were stumbling over themselves to "DEBUNK!!" info they obviously had no knowledge about.

Have a lollipop and read the article. or don't read it. I don't really care about your opinion.

Frankly, I am done considering them Americans. This has gone too far now. If I had to bet money on them actually believing the crap they peddle vs just being Russian Agent being run by Russian Intelligence Officers, I would bet on them being Russian Agents every time and very likely make out in the end.

Are you angry that Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland disclosed to Sen Rubio that Ukraine does in fact have biolabs that she is concerned may fall into Russian hands?

And how exactly do you believe this is Russian propaganda? Is it because of Biden's Undersecretary of States response during a formal hearing?
