Van-Halen!!!

David Lee Roth and EVH has appeared to have made up, if only for the money, and are reuniting for a tour!!!

It's about f'ing time... My first concert I ever saw was the 1984 tour...

Unfortunately, Michael Anthony has left the band and Eddie's son, Wolfgang, is now their bassist... THAT'S pretty f'd up, too... I guess Eddie didn't like Michael & Sammy Hagar being friends and playing together...

I understand that he has had cancer of the tongue, and he doesn't speak too well. and I love the guy, but it seems obvious he's gone back to drinking.

there were clips from this namm show of EVH talking, but they've been removed. he plays great, but when he's not playing ... he's a mess.

I've seen VH in concert more than any other band, because I think EVH is a guitar god... however, I believe he's definately on the sauce. I remember when the guitarist for Pantera was killed(can't remember his name) and he was at the memorial and made a complete and total *** of himself... I can't believe that Alex or even Valerie hasn't had some type of intervention...

Regardless, if they come near Little Rock, I'll be there...

Too bad they didn't keep Billy Sheehan. One hell of a bassist. Took me forever to learn the bass solo to Elephant Gun. Using 3 fingers on the right hand, and the syncopation in parts, after the first 4 measures, just after the part with the pulloffs, meant you couldn't use 3 on a string at one time. Use 2, then go to the next string for the third. Damn, was that ever hard.

He did some bit parts on the Sopranos, on the clips with the poker games, and damn, he really did look like a homeless alcoholic.
