1. Wikipedia is no longer a trusted source as it is an open-source site allowing contributions from anyone the "committee approves" and is known to be biased. (The same holds true for most "fact-checking" cites, which are now considered "opinion' as opposed to "fact.")

3. A "Special Master" is not a "Judge," but rather a legal practitioner appointed to represent a Court in a "quasi-judicial" matter. Typically it is just an issue of arbitration chaired by an attorney appointed to do so. They are all third world hellholes, with non or barely functioning government and any data on COVID from those places hopelessly useless. Just for starters, Burkina Faso reports total deaths per million of 17, versus deaths per million in the U.S. of 2,715. This country with a non-functioning government either did one of the best job of managing the pandemic in the world, OR, there is simply no reliable data from that place. All the other countries used as "controls" are similar. We have administered about 2.6 million COVID tests per million. Those countries - 10,000 per million, or about 0.4% of the tests. Well, if you don't test, how in the hell can this guy use them as a control for infections or deaths? They don't have a clue how many cases were in these countries, because they didn't test, because the "controls" are all third world hellholes.

Etc...... Any statistician using those countries as controls is either an incompetent idiot, or a malicious liar using data he knows is worthless to push an agenda. Both is an option. So now we know that Steve Kirsch is in that group, who referenced this study, then wonders why no one else picked up on this garbage analysis.

It's pseudo science that will only fool the very stupid.

If the vaccines are bad, please explain why people who were unvaccinated accounted for the overwhelming majority of cases and hospitalizations.
