They should at least be moved to Iraq where they're meant to be.
 
Why are they in Iraq?


Three reasons are evident:

1. Israel removes an enemy from the flank

2. Restore the self-confidence of the citizens of the USA

3 oil occurence
 
we should keep a few thousand...just incase.

but if Iraq won't give them immunity from prosecution in Iraqi courts, then it is indeed time to say "adios muchachos".
 
Now that Obama has practiced assassinations and remote control drone attacks, it's not as sexy to commit troops and consult Congress first.

How can Iraqis sue drones?

Well if they aren't brought home our soldiers would be tried in Iraqi civil courts rather than through American courts-martial.

And the reason why soldiers would be tried in Iraqi civil courts is because the Iraqi government won't renew the status of forces agreement with the U.S.

So there's no reason for our soldiers to remain in a nation we freed from oppression and installed a democracy that does not want us there any more.
