Remember when he appointed that new guy and stopped the states from reporting hospitalizations to the CDC? I figured something like this was going on. Desperate measures to hide his failures. If he'd been reelected, Lord only knows where things would be right now.

I thought this was old news.

It happened when the Trump administration insisted that state covid tracking numbers be sent to the WH instead of the CDC.

Even then it was obvious that Trump was willing to play politics with the science.
